Felix Fuld memorial resolution

Newark Beth Israel Hospital's Board of Directors' memorial resolution expressing appreciation for Felix Fuld, who died on January 20, 1929. Fuld was Louis Bamberger's business partner and the husband of Louis' sister, Caroline Bamberger Frank Fuld. Louis Bamberger and Felix Fuld worked together closely, so the loss of Fuld played a significant role in Bamberger's decision to sell the retail business.
