Description
This image bears no identifying date or other information, but it appears to be a formal ceremonial gathering. Atle Selberg cannot be found among those pictured. In 1987, the Norwegian monarchy conferred upon Selberg the title of Knight Commander with Star of the Royal Order of Saint Olav. It may be that this image is somehow related to that event.
