From left to right are Bridget Spencer, Irene M. Gamba (wife of Luis Caffarelli), and Barbara Whitney, who attending a farewell party given by the wives of the School of Mathematics Faculty members for Aiko Iwasawa - wife of Kenkichi Iwasawa, who retired from Princeton University in 1986, and returned with Aiko to Japan in 1987.
