Description
Exchange of letters between Institute founding Director Abraham Flexner and jurist Felix Frankfurter, who served as an Institute Trustee. As reflected in the tone of these letters, which are primarily on two topics: the establishment of the Institute's School of Economics and Politics and finding a suitable appointment for Albrecht Mendelssohn-Bartholdy, Flexner and Frankfurter shared a mutual respect and friendship.
