Map of Bamberg, Germany. Verso has a second glass side with a view to the verso page of the print. On a label attached was inscribed: "This map, obtained in London, was presented to us by Robert Gutter of our foreign office. It comes from a Jannson folio printed in 1657. It is our believe that this town in Franconia gave the name to the family of Bamberger who founded this store in 1893."
