Description
This portrait of Albert Einstein was presented inside a paperboard portfolio frame. Both the back of the print and the portfolio are stamped: "This credit line will be appreciated: Trude Fleischmann, 127 West 56th Street, New York City." The portfolio interior is signed in pencil by the photographer on the lower left of the paperboard, and the photograph itself is dated and inscribed in German (across the white margin at the bottom of the print) to Einstein by the photographer. The text is not completely legible.
