dc.description |
Memorial resolution expressing appreciation for Felix Fuld, who died on January 20, 1929, by the Board of Trustees of an unidentified Newark, New Jersey, organization. Fuld was Louis Bamberger's business partner and the husband of Louis' sister, Caroline Bamberger Frank Fuld. Louis Bamberger and Felix Fuld worked together closely, so the loss of Fuld played a significant role in Bamberger's decision to sell the retail business. This hand-calligraphed, single page document reflecting on Fuld's character and providing information about his affiliation with this organization closes with the signatures of its Board members. |
