Smoking paraphernalia

Various objects that were found with pipes and pipe equipment : 1.) metal file with wooden handle (19.3 cm.in lenghth) ; 2.) gold topped box with label "Christy Sport Knife," which is marked on the inside: "From Philip Lewis 2104 Marlindale Rd. Cleveland, Ohio Phone ER.0090" (8.7 cm. in length); 3.) metal hook (10.2 cm. in length) which is stained at one end so it may have been used as a pipe cleaner; 4.) round piece of cork (3.7 cm. in diameter) with black smudges on one side; 5.) piece of metal with an unknown purpose (3.5 cm in length) ; and 6.) a piece of a partially smoked cigar (4 cm. in length).
