Description
After several unsuccessful attempts, Institute Director Frank Aydelotte successfully convinced writer T.S. Eliot to make a visit to the Institute. In this letter, Eliot proposes a timetable, for the fall of 1948. Eliot left slightly earlier than he had planned after winning the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1948.
