Description
Attending Founders Day ceremonies at Swarthmore College are Albert Einstein, who was a speaker at the event, and College President Frank Aydelotte, who became the second Director of the Institute for Advanced Study in 1939. Aydelotte had served prior to that on the Institute's Board of Trustees.
