This photograph, which was taken many years later, is in a paperboard portfolio, which is imprinted at the bottom on the right: "T. Shimamura Photo Studio" and also imprinted in Japanese in lower left. The photograph itself is embossed in Japanese in the lower left and inscribed on the right in English in ink, most likely by Sanehkio Yamamoto: "With sincerely yours, from the Yamamotos. Taken in 1939". The exterior cover of the portfolio is imprinted: "Artistic Photographer. T. Shimamura Studio. Kamiosaki.
